How it works

JEV Request_Intake Classifier is an AI-powered Boomi solution that automatically classifies users' plain-language requests from channels such as Slack and Teams. It combines a Boomi Agentstudio agent with TypeSafe JEV classification, exposed through a Boomi Integration API.

When a user's message is received, the agent passes it exactly as written to the classification API. The API returns exactly one Request_Intake category, as per the defined Criteria, with a confidence score, a low-confidence flag and per-category probabilities. Requests can then be routed faster and more consistently.
