Smart InciGen Agent will receive end user’s issues in natural language and create an Incident in ServiceNow automatically with all required details decided by Boomi AI based on the Problem Statement like, the Agent will decide the Assignment Group, Category, Sub-Category, Impact, Urgency based on the issue and identify the right Assignee on the selected group based on Skill required for that issue. Agent will provide possible resolutions which will guide Assignee and provide Incident No.
