A smart tool that makes it easier for users to create & mange service requests in ServiceNow. It can do two main things: help users create a new ticket, and check the status of a service ticket request that has already been created. Users don’t need to go through a complicated system—instead, the user just types what is needed into a chat, as if talking to a support representative and then we let AI interact with ServiceNow to get the job done.
