Overview

Boomi’s Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agent Accelerator for AWS offers the ability to ask any domain-specific question and get a reliable and relevant answer based on retrieved business context. Either Amazon Kendra or Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases is supported for context indexing and search. This accelerator leverages Amazon Bedrock to securely communicate with a private copy of any AWS-supported Large Language Model (LLM). The retrieved context is used to augment the user’s query to the LLM in order to achieve more accurate and less hallucinatory responses. By using Amazon Bedrock, you can switch between AWS-supported LLMs all while keeping any internal or confidential business data within the walls of your AWS ecosystem. This enables secure communication with a private LLM that can help answer user queries about private business data that could not otherwise be answered by a generalist-trained LLM.
