Key Features

How it works

The FTP (Legacy) connector establishes data connection sessions with external FTP servers, enabling processes to create, download, update, delete, and list files remotely. It supports both passive and active transfer modes, basic authentication, and SSL/TLS 1.2 (FTPS) encryption to protect credentials and file content during transmission. Interrupted uploads and downloads can automatically resume from the point of failure, reducing transfer overhead for large files. As a TCP/IP-based, internet-accessible solution, it provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional Value Added Networks (VANs) for exchanging data with trading partners.
