How it works
The Disk (Legacy) connector enables direct reading and writing of files on the underlying file system of the host machine where a Boomi Atom is running. It supports local paths, Windows UNC paths, and NFS shares on Unix, allowing seamless file exchange across networked and VPN-connected environments. Organizations can automate file-based integration workflows by retrieving and sending files to accessible directories, mapping data to and from virtually any connected system. This connector is in Legacy status, and users are encouraged to adopt the newer V2 version for the latest connectivity features.
