Boomi’s integration platform makes it possible to seamlessly connect AI-driven services with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-commerce systems. In this example, an AWS Bedrock Agent works through a suite of NetSuite–Shopify Agent processes built in Boomi to demonstrate automated inventory management. By leveraging Boomi’s connectors and process orchestration, organizations can retrieve real-time sales data from Shopify, check and update inventory levels in NetSuite, and then apply AI-driven insights (for example, sales forecasting or purchasing recommendations) provided by the Bedrock Agent.
