Long Running Process Watchdog Agent

The user provides the Boomi Runtime ID and the duration threshold (in minutes) that they want to filter executions for. By default, the Agent looks for current long-running executions on Runtime, but optionally, user can also query old executions with additional filters like execution status, execution type and the execution start time.

The Boomi Agent will convert these inputs to query parameters for the backend API and call the GET API. The backend API will use the query parameter filters to fetch the requested execution records (using Boomi Platform API) and return the response XML to the Agent. The Agent will convert the XML output to human-readable output with all key information related to filtered executions.

• Business Users or Operations team can use the Agent to query the ongoing or completed long-running executions with filters like execution status, the process type or start-date.
• This Agent can be used as an Assistant to query processes on any Boomi Runtime.
• The business users don’t need Platform access or don’t need to reach out to Admin teams for general execution-related queries.
