Users can query using Atom ID, Process ID, or both, along with filter values for document size, count, or both. After receiving the input, the agent validates and converts it into XML format using a prompt tool. This XML payload is then sent to an API tool that calls a Boomi web service. The Boomi listener process receives the payload, directs control to the appropriate branch based on the input, and executes the corresponding action through Atomsphere APIs. Finally, the response is returned to the agent and the results are displayed to the user
