How it works

The user provides a prompt in the agent to retrieve execution logs based on an error message or process name. The agent fetches the execution log details by using the process name or error message, along with the environment name, start date and time, and end date and time. It converts this prompt into XML format using the prompt tool, sends it to an API tool, which forwards it to a Boomi web service. The corresponding Boomi listener process uses the input payload and returns the relevant execution logs. The agent then displays the results to the user.

Key Benefits:

  • Users can instantly retrieve details of executions that failed due to a specific error message.
  • Business users can directly query the agent to check for transaction errors without involving the Operations Team.
  • The Operations Team can quickly identify error patterns and the affected process names without analyzing the Process Reporting page in Boomi.
  • Eliminates the need to download process logs or manually search for specific error messages in the Process Reporting page.
  • Enables searches across all executions within an environment.
