How it works

User can provide a prompt to the agent to add, delete, or update specific columns of an existing entry by specifying environment and component details. The agent converts this prompt into JSON format using a prompt tool and sends it to an API tool, which forwards it to a listener process. This Boomi integration process, exposed as a web service, utilizes the Boomi Atomsphere API to update the CRT accordingly and then displays the outcome back to the user.
