How it works
This Recipe keeps Inventory levels consistent between NetSuite and a POS system running on MySQL, using Boomi DataHub as the central source of truth for every on-hand quantity. A scheduled trigger fans out into two concurrent flows — one queries NetSuite inventory via a saved search and publishes it to DataHub, the other queries the POS MySQL database and does the same — after which each direction reads the committed golden records back from DataHub and applies the validated quantities to the opposite system. Solution eliminates manual stock reconciliation and the data conflicts caused by direct point-to-point syncing, giving retail teams one governed, real-time view of Inventory across ERP and point-of-sale.
